DEMANDS MADE BY STP AT A PRESS CONFERENCE HELD AT HYDERABAD ON AUGUST 29, 2011

Dr. Ishratul Ibad, Governor Sindh, and Mr. Rahman malik, Federal Interior Minister, allegedly responsible for the killing of innocent citizens and for backing ethnic terrorists, may be removed from office forthwith, arrested and tried in the court of law.

MQM, now allegedly confirmed by Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza, Ex – Interior Minister of Sindh Government, to be an ethnic & terrorist party may be banned; and, the funds & vehicles of its so called welfare wing – the KKF may be frozen.

All the criminals, arrested from Karachi and released on Parole, may be apprehended immediately and sent to jail.

Terrorists and target killers, arrested during the latest wave of violence, must be produced in courts and tried under the pertinent provisions of law.

Old residents & village dwellers of Karachi may be provided with Government Arms for self – protection during any future waves of ethnic violence.

The so – called surgical (Selective) operation by the FC and Rangers must be stopped forthwith; and, across – the – board operation may be initiated against real culprits engaged in looting, arson and murder in Karachi.

President Asif Ali Zardari may apologize to the people of Sindh by taking the moral responsibility of Karachi killings resulting from the present PPP policy of Undue Appeasement of the MQM.

Chief Justice of Pakistan may include Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza, Ex – Interior Minister of Sindh, in the Suo – motto proceedings of the case of Violence in Karachi; and, the documents revealed by him at the Karachi Press Conference on 28th August 2011, may be made part of the Court Record.

Ensuring Peace and Law & Order in Karachi

Suggestions by Dr. Qadir Magsi, Chairman STP

Offered at a Press Conference Held at Hyderabad on August 04, 2011

Coalition Government of PPP, MQM and ANP, which is responsible for the present ma-hem in Karachi, may be suspended for a period of 6 months and a Care – Taker Government may be inducted into office. 

Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishratul Ibad Khan, who is allegedly patronizing an ethnic group of terrorists in Karachi, may be terminated forthwith.  He and other local leaders of MQM, who are found involved in abatement and support of target killers, may be arrested and tried in Anti – Terrorist Courts.

Mr. Altaf Hussain (MQM), Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza & Mr. Rahman Malik (PPP) and Mr. Shahi Sayed (ANP), may be tried for the alleged murder of over 6000 innocent persons in Karachi during the last 3 ½ years.

Federal Government may arrange arrest & extradition of Mr. Altaf Hussain, MQM Chief, from United Kingdom; and bring him to justice on account of alleged crimes of terrorism, murder and abatement to murder of innocent people.

Judicial inquiry by Supreme Court Judges may be ordered to pinpoint the Land, Drug, Arms and Bhatta mafias; and to fix responsibility upon parties/ individuals patronizing such criminals and killers operating in Karachi.

Illegal and unchecked immigration of aliens and economic migration from other provinces to Karachi must be stopped forthwith; and the presently residing 2.5 Million Illegal Aliens may be expelled from Sindh immediately. 

Rangers and/or the army may not be involved in any operation at Karachi. For a durable long term peace, Sindhi para – military force may be created, trained and empowered for the purpose.

Recruitments in Sindh Police made on party affiliation basis during the despotic regime of General ® Musharaf and onwards, may be declared Null and Void.

Licenses of thousands of Automatic Machine Guns and other modern arms, issued during the Musharaf era, must be immediately cancelled; and, Karachi may be declared a Weapon – Free City.

The 5 districts of Karachi division existing since 1070s may be immediately restored.  Likewise, the historical Hyderabad district may also be restored.

Demarcation of electoral constituencies made on ethnic and party basis in Karachi, may be cancelled; and, new constituency demarcations based on administrative criteria and broad – based representation may be made.

Entry of bogus votes managed by various ethnic groups in Karachi must be cancelled. The voter lists may be revised & authenticated transparently and the casting of votes may be done through electronic machines in Karachi.

Forcible possession of Government and private lands by land mafias under political patronage must be vacated and returned to their rightful owners. Old villages may be regularized and land records computerized in Karachi.

Sindhi may be strictly enforced as official language and made compulsory from primary classes to the University level in Karachi to pave way for cultural assimilation of various ethnic communities permanently living in Sindh.

Dr Qadir Magsi Press Conferencing about Zulfiqar Mirza's Speech

Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party chairman Dr Qadir Magsi has said that we believe on Holy Quran thats why we have to trust on Mr Mirza, now this is the demand of the time to investigate about all that which is witnessed by Zulfiqar Mirza, If Mirza is wrong then hang him if he is right then hang those about whom he witnessed.

Addressing a press conference at Taraqi Pasand House Hyderabad he said that Mr Mirza did not disclose any new thing, if you consider on our politics, struggles, demands in which been witnessing same things since 20 years, but difference is that we are civilian and Mr Mirza is in Government thats why his voice has value, Well we don't care about what ever person he is, but he spoken truth, So i request to President Zardari, Kiani and Chief Justice of Pakistan to take documents in their custody as well as take action against all those elements whose name are mentioned by Zulfiqar Mirza. Further he said that Mr Kiani, Asif Zardari and yesterday Mr Mirza disclosed that Altaf Hussain is a pay role worker of super powers same time he is working on the agenda of breaking Pakistan on the orders of America, no body is there to say that Altaf Hussain is agent,  no any  Tahafuz Pakistan going to march a rally against such people but when a Sindhi nationalist Dr Qadir Magsi wants reconstitution of Pakistan then every body says that he agent of India and working with Raw to break Pakistan. He said that we are very sorry to say that establishment supports those are criminal, Establishment awarded them with great awards ministries who are terrorists and killers of thousands of people in Karachi. He demanded that PPP should must remove Governor Sindh  and other MQM related ministers. Speaking about election process he said that we want Bio Metric Machines during election process in all over sindh but specially in Karachi which will help sindhi people. when government announce this election process then you see that the MQM will be a party of Lalokhait.

Mr Liaqat Ali Jatoi meeting with STP Chairman Dr Qadir Magsi

Briefing a press conference Dr Qadir Magsi said that PPP government is totally failed to protect Sindhis in Karachi and National Interests of Sindh as well as to their commitments. 

Sindhis made government  to take back their decision by doing an historical strike on 13^th August 2011 but again they imposed the Local bodies system which was introduced by a dictator General Musharaf.He said that the government’s such cruel decisions disclosed that  the PPP is ready for any biggest traitor  which is very dangerous  for Sindh. 
He said that the terrorists only want to spread terrorism  in Karachi by killing innocent people and send  slaughtered dead bodied back to  their homes.

Whole society is afraid of that terrorism and the life become persecution for people. He said that  dharails takes control on villages and Terrorists in Cities so where people should go to live their life peacefully. 

He said that the government’s first priority is to protect life, property, dignity, liberty and second priority is to find employment opportunities for people, but unfortunately the government is totally failed to fulfill these commitments and their future agenda is to only to collect million and trillions rupees  by corruption.

He said that STP is busy in spreading awareness to sindhi people for change , while we have observed a big change in Sindhi people, it would not be wrong to say that no terrorist, agent or mafia can stop it. 

On that occasion Mr Liaqat Ali Jatoi briefed to press conference that our people are human not animals or birds that you hunt them like animals and birds.

He said that terrorist are out of prison, no body is to arrest them, but when we’ll be in government we’ll investigate against them and surely arrest all the terrorists. He said that this government is a group of such people who are killer of innocent people as well as Benazir Bhutto and now they are selling sindh to save their presidency.
